Avinya Talent is a specialized recruiting agency connecting top aerospace professionals with space industry opportunities. Founder Shruthi was building the business with a DIY website and handling her own branding - doing what she could with the resources available.
But she recognized that in the competitive space sector, first impressions matter. To match the caliber of talent she represents and the companies she serves, she needed a professional brand presence that reflected her expertise and positioned Avinya as a serious industry player.
